It is also a process directed to improving the educational institution by stimulating the desire and building the teacher's capacity, by employing all the educational experiences that teachers have in order to bring about a change in behavior that leads to achieving the institution's goals. It is an organized, purposeful process and a golden opportunity provided to teachers, to move them forward. From their current level to the best level, provided that the teacher has the ability and desire. This is what the reader will notice in the pages and chapters of the book in a procedural and explanatory manner.
