This book was written to inspire both children and adults to seek out positive characters to represent health. I know in this world of FAST FOOD we can get caught up in our busy lives and may not always eat our best. Therefore, I have a great concern in regards to the health and fitness of our children. We need to stop the rapid increase in obesity. I believe if we do not have a positive representation of health for our children, then the negative JUNK FOOD characters could very well influence them. My goal is to have my book and healthy characters in every Health Care Professionals office, in Learning Institutions and a part of everyones family.

Francesco J. Caputo DC is a Doctor of Chiropractic. He received his degree at Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Caputo is a commendable Personal Trainer/Fitness and Nutritional Counselor. He is also a motivational speaker on health and fifi tness. Francesco lives on Long Island with his wife and daughter. His daughter Diana was his muse in the creation of this book.

Chapter One

Once there was a little girl named Diana.

She had a pet dog named Happy. They just loved to play and have fun together.

It was a beautiful summer day. Diana's dad came home early from work.

She was so happy to see him, but he looked very sad.

He was not feeling well today. Diana's dad felt sick from all the "yucky" junk food he ate.

Diana, being the helpful little girl, wanted to see her daddy healthy. You see, Diana always dreamed of being a "Superhero" for health, therefore, she could help children to become healthy and strong.

"But how can I help daddy to feel better?" thought Diana. Then she remembered Dr. Jack at the health food store.

So Diana and her mommy went to visit Dr. Jack.

Dr. Jack was a wise man and knew many things about health.

I told him my dad was sick, so, he made a "Health Drink" to give to him. Dr. Jack put a "Special Powder" in the drink and then sprinkled "Magic Dust" over it.

Diana and her Mom ran back home to give her dad the "Special Health Drink".

Mommy told me she had to go to work at the Real Estate office, so I gave daddy the special health drink. Dr. Jack told me that I can drink some too and anyone else who wants to become healthy and strong. So, we all drank some, daddy, Happy and I ... Then poof!!!

Daddy jumped out of bed and turned into "Super Dad!"

Poof!!! Happy turned into "Happy the Healthy Dog!"

Poof!!! Then I turned into "Diana the Organic Banana!"

Meanwhile, on the other side of town, Sad Sam the clown and his gang of "Fast Food Friends," The Munchees, Too Much Tommy and Fast Food Freddy were at a junk food stand. They were trying to get the kids to eat all the "yucky" junk food.

"Hey kids, don't worry about what you eat as long as it taste good," said Sad Sam.

The children did not really know any better and just went on eating and eating the unhealthy junk food.
