Noela Perry was born on 11/11/1968. She relocated from NY to Culpeper VA in 2010. She is the mother of 3 beautiful children. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts with a Major in Psychology. She loves working with children and holds a degree in Early Childhood Education. She's a Daycare owner, ordained Minister and has volunteered in Hospitals, nursing homes and shelters as a Chaplain.
