About the Author

James M. Corkill is a Veteran, and retired Federal Firefighter from Washington State, USA. He was an electronic technician before eventually becoming a firefighter for 32 years and retiring. He began writing in 1997, and was fortunate to meet the famous horror writer Hugh B. Cave, who became his mentor. His six science fiction/techno-thriller novels have won six awards, including one international award.

His stories are based on scientific facts and he does extensive research with industry leaders in the fields of asteroid tracking. He belongs to the B612 program for NEO, Near Earth Object tracking, and ADAM, Asteroid Decision Analysis and Mapping project.

What a book! What a story! I have not read a book with so many plot changes and modifications in a long time. Just when you think this is it, the entire story goes off in a 100 percent different direction. You will certainly get you monies worth with this one! A Masterpiece that will keep you entertained!

"DNA" is a masterpiece. If you thought that the story of our hero, an ex-CIA agent named Alex Cave, could not get better, you were completely wrong. The author keeps raising the bar, as if it was possible at all.

Totally loved this latest from prolific and award-winning writer James Corkill - in fact, I literally read it in one sitting! The action is fast, characters well-developed, and the story line exciting and compelling. I find myself keenly looking forward to Mr. Corkill's next offering, and this only a DAY after having binge-read his latest - and I think arguably his best work yet - DNA!
