I am foodie and I actually bought this book for some of the recipes like the Pecan Crusted Chicken and the Curried Cashew Chicken. While I won't discount that the plan probably works to help improve your health and promote weight loss, to say it helps with wrinkles is a bit far fetched. Who thought that one up? My advice is to buy one of the other popular books for weight loss like Hungry Chick Diet or Dr. Travis. I have heard only good things about both based on the reviews on here. But if you want some good food, on the healthy side of life, then, try this book. My only problem is that I was disappointed to see that 25% of the book was spent on recapping the bone broth diet. To me, a cookbook shouldn't have that much time spent on pages that aren't recipes or food related. Other than that, then this book is totally worth it. I have already earmarked everything from the Nori Rolls to the Breakfast Turkey Burgers and the Baked Coconut Shrimp to try. I will say with the broth focus, its very soup heavy and some people might be squeamish about the chicken feet to make the broth, but overall, it is worth it.
