Having worked as a road tester for Autocar and What Car? magazines in the late 90s, Alistair turned freelance in 2000 and has since developed a reputation for delivering unusual and challenging features. He has a taste for the extreme, always determined to 'go the extra mile', and is a former holder of the world speed record for blindfold driving.
