E. Philip Brown is a history teacher at Haverhill High School in Haverhill, MA and a Certified Advanced Facilitator for the University of Phoenix. He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and an MS in Applied Management from Lesley University. Prior to teaching, Phil was in the telecommunication industry for over 22 years working for carriers such as AT&T, Qwest, and SBC. He and his wife, Chrisi, have two children and live in Haverhill.
