Overview

I was inspired to write this book by my family. Everyone, every holiday or special occasion, take a huge plate of food and mumble (while stuffing their face of course) " Oh my goodness, your food is delicious, you have to open a restaurant." I always reply with a quick smirk and giggle. In all reality opening a restaurant isn't cheap! So I thought I could write a cook book of some of my most favored foods. One most important thing about me to know is I LOVE WITH FOOD! Watching the joy in my family devouring my food is a fulfillment I can't explain. There is nothing in this world more important to me than my family.My two beautiful children and a loving husband. So heres my attempt to quick easy peasy, lemon squeesy meals, that are family and children approved. I hope yours will enjoy it just as much as my family does and you find yourself cooking even more!
