Overview

When God first started revealing visions to me, I didn't quite understand what was happening and was full with self doubts. Now, years later, I wish to share all the things which God speaks to me about, so that the words might be an inspiration for others to draw close to God, and to realise that God has a greater plan for each of us.
It was foretold in the bible that young men will have dreams and see visions, and written here, is a collection of prophecies, visions and dreams which God has revealed to me over the last while. I hope that these will be an encouragement to you as you grow closer to God's purpose for your life.

Have lived in Various places, but now based in Dublin Ireland. I used to be drawn to write books with my own ideas, but since December 2012, I have been writing books that are inspired by God and what he has been revealing to me. Much of this has been centred around the Revival that has come to Ireland and the changes that God wants in the hearts of the believers, as well as the changes needed in churches throughout Ireland and further afield. Cesar, simply means Come Everyone See A Revival, and I use this name in order to keep my heart humble before God, to remind myself that without Him, I am nothing.
