About the Author

About the Author – "Been there, done that" became Bendar Dundat because the author likes pseudonyms. With job titles including industrial engineer, continuous improvement engineer, quality manager, and methods improvement consultant, the author has continuous improvement experience. (It is off the subject, but growing up on farms gave the author field experience.) Writing this book prepared the author to take on a continuous improvement role. It also helped define a personal consulting method combining work-study and analysis with continuous improvement tools. This method provides an efficient and effective consulting product for customers.
