O. P. Ralhan, hold a postgraduate degree in Modem History of India. Mr Ralhan has a long association with the library profession and has worked with Nehru Memorial Museum and library, New Delhi. A prolific writer, he has authored more than twenty five books on varied Subjects and some more are in press. He is also an enthusiastic social worker devoted to the cause of the depressed.
