Overview

The End The Book by J. L. Robb

Not a cloud in the blue

Atlanta sky, Jeffrey Ross

made his morning visit to

the Dunwoody Starbucks,

expecting this day to be like

any other. It wouldn't.

Samarra Russell left her

meeting at Emory Medical

Center after receiving the

strange call and wondered

if it had anything to do with

her immunology research at

CDC. It was a secret, or was

supposed to be.

Going home as instructed,

Samarra opened the box

of Valentine candy on

the kitchen counter and

collapsed. Before losing

her balance, Samarra

recognized the small finger,

severed and still wearing

the tiny ring she gave him

for his 7th birthday. Her

precious son.

She opened the note after

regaining limited senses

and read. If she didn't want

to receive young Thomas

Russell's head in a box, she

would do as instructed.,br.
And she did.

Ok everyone.....this is a MUST READ BOOK. J. L. Robb ROCKS!! His story is written with a modern day approach with lots of humor but it also hits the point with imaginative detail. I can't wait for the next book. You won't be able to wait either once you read Part One...so buy it right now and sit back for a fun, informative look into Mr. Robb's approach to The End. KM_1

Followed this book the last year on the internet. If you ever read the Left Behind series, you're gonna love this series! This book will make you think, while leaving you on the edge of your seat with a high heart rate. Five stars to this new author

The End Times is one of my favorite subjects. The End The Book is along the lines of The Left Behind series. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The characters were beautifully written. I look forward to reading the next book in the series. I love how J.L. Robb portrayed the main character, Jeff. Jeff is not a spiritual man, doesn't really believe anything in the Bible. Though after all the disasters and talking with the bartender about the events happening all around them, he is beginning to rethink his beliefs. Yes, this book talks about God and biblical talk about the end times but J.L. Robb's story wasn't written as tool to preach the gospel. It is a great fiction novel with biblical prophesy woven in.

This Christian thriller / romance / apocalyptic novel is simply out of this fun. It made me think about all of the what ifs of life, and has brought me closer to Him than I think I've ever been before. The only bad thing about this book is that it has an ending!

My only complaint is that it rambles a bit and is not always concise.

Review: "The End The Book: Part One" by J. L. Robb was some excellent read. I was very skeptic about the title.... having some fiction, non-fiction, even Bible quotes and verses(and this isn't over done in any way). I was not able to put this novel done until the end! I found that J. L. Robb was able to really work it for the readers....in that "The End" was frightening, amazing and even humorous all rolled up together. You will be left wondering could these things really happen bringing terrorism to us in our own back yards and religion being pitted against one another.... leaving one to say only "WoW and then in "The End" we all all destroyed? This novel was well written story that will only make you think .... about the apocalypse and they way we have gotten there. There was a lot of research in this novel that gives us to to date events...along with the Bible being the guide and you will receive a lot of food for thought. The main characters were solid and the plot was simply great. If you are in for a very well written novel with humor, thrills and even some imagination in a modern day approach with details then you have come to the right place. I would definitely recommend "The End The Book Part One" to you....so sit back and be ready for a great read to truly enjoy!
