About the Author

Kelyn Bacon QC is a barrister at Brick Court Chambers, where she specialises in EU and competition law. She has appeared in numerous high-profile competition and State aid cases in the English and European courts, and has acted for clients before the UK and EU competition authorities. Kelyn has lectured and published widely in the fields of State aid and competition law. She was the co-author and general editor of the first and second editions of this book, and is the co-founder of the UK State Aid Law Association.
