Brad Chamberlain is on assignment in Spain. Sources have learned that a terrorist attack has been planned for the festival in Valencia known as "Las Fallas," which means fire. Chamberlain will try to prevent that fire from killing thousands. When he sees the woman, he does not believe that her presence in Valencia will complicate things for him. He learns how wrong he is as he tries to prevent the attack.

About the author: H. R. Coursen was born in New Jersey and has lived in Maine since the early 1960s. He attended Amherst College, Wesleyan University, and the University of Connecticut. A fighter pilot in the USAF in the 1950s, he became a member of the original Anti-Vietnam War organization, Individuals Against the Crime of Silence. He is a member of Veterans for Peace. As well as a master storyteller he is an award-winning poet, an astute critic of government affairs, and a noted Shakespearean educator. In 1996, a poll conducted by Penn State University named him one of the 25 "Master Teachers of Shakespeare" for the past 100 years in the U.S., Great Britain, and Canada.
