Eye of the Beholder

In Eye of the Beholder, the author takes us on a journey from the rural life of horse-drawn carriages to a technological age of jet planes and rockets to the moon. Ephraim J. Stockwell wrote his first poem in his teens when he left home. He left home, but his heart remained there with his family, friends, and neighbors. He has written poetry over the years that is simple, touching, and unique. Love of life, love of home, and love of country has influenced much of it. The author is a World War II veteran. After college, having majored in Physics, opportunities in his career led to an important role in putting a man on the moon at NASA Headquarters in Washington, D.C.
