Tummy time is the best way for baby to increase trunk stability, limb coordination and head control. During tummy time, place baby on his/her tummy to play while you supervise. Introduce baby to tummy time as early as three weeks old and start with five minute sessions a day. If baby doesn't like the activity right away, don't fret!
