Fred Ryman graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi, TX with a B.S. and from Howard Payne University with B.A. in Theology. A talented vocalist and songwriter, he served for a number of years as a song evangelist and concert artist. He was ordained as an elder in the Church of the Nazarene in 2001 and pastored in that denomination for 10 years.
