About the Author

When I was very young I worked in social environments helping people with tremendous unfavourable situations in different parts of the world. I coached groups of entrepreneurs for several years. I have a Masters degree in Psychology, specialising in BBC: Brain, Behavior, and Cognition. Meanwhile I meticulously studied the works of great thinkers and historical figures that dedicated their life or part of it to understand what happiness is and how it is manifested in a person. That led to identify and connect the common points all their works had regarding human happiness.
The result from all my studies, experiences and investigations is this book, which clearly and directly defines where and how real inner happiness is created inside all of us.
