About the Author

S. J. Berry is a retiree who began to write after she no longer worked. She is active in the American Legion Auxiliary, being a Past President and has chaired many committees, also gone a lot of work for the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society as an interviewer. She was born in East Texas and married David Williamson, who made a career out of the navy. They raised four children and did a lot of traveling before retiring and settling in Southwest Georgia, where they live today.
