About the Author

Sanjeev Kumar is presently working as Assistant professor in Lovely professional University at Jalandhar Punjab. He has done his BHMCT from Osmania University from Hyderabad and Master in Tourism Management from Madurai Kamaraj University. He has nearly 12 years of experiences in hotel industry and academic, including overseas experience in the areas of food service industry. He has worked with various hotels; institute, collages and he also worked in Gulf Catering Company and provide the service to the US Army at Jordan as Assistant Dining Manager. He has presented many research papers in national and International conference seminars. His research areas include food service industry and tourism marketing practices. Divoy Chhabra is presently working as Lecturer in Lovely professional University at Jalandhar Punjab. He has done his BHM from Bangalore University and Masters in Tourism Management from IGNOU. He has nearly 5 years of experiences in hotel industry and academic. He has worked with hotels like Le Meridien and also worked with Hotel software support company Soft brands.He has presented many research papers in national and International conference seminars. His research areas include Food Production Industries and Travel & Tourism.
