Four-Legged Friends for Families with Kids
Synopsis: Natalia G. Toreeva presents Four-Legged Friends for Families with Kids, her beautifully illustrated new book about adopting a pet from an animal shelter.

One sunny day, as Mom was reading a children's book to her two kids, Kathy, her daughter, interrupted her and said, "Mom, at our school Andrew's mom came to pick him up and she had their puppy dog with her and she let us play with him. It was so fun playing with this dog!"

Mom decides it would be good for her children to start loving pets, plus it would develop their skills in responsibility, communication, and friendship. A pet could also help them build social and thinking skills while having fun.

Mom took her kids to the animal shelter, where they adopted a pet. She also helped train their new dog. Their adoption will give their pet a second chance at living a longer and happier life.
