M.N. Rao, PhD, is Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at the Centre for Research & Development, SCET Engineering College, Narsapuram, Andhra Pradesh. He has also served as the Dean of the Narayana Engineering College, Nellore, and has more than two decades of experience in the field of teaching. Dr. Rao is a member of ISTE, India.
