Dr. James E. Kilgore is an author, a consultant, a minister and a therapist. Married to his college sweetheart, Ruth, for more than 55 years, he is the father of three children, four grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
He is the founder of the International Family Foundation, Inc. and has maintained a practice of marriage and family therapy for over 50 years.
