Getting to Great Idea! Stop Whining. Start Winning
Most of us live our lives operating within relationships of one type or another. How we live and perform in these relationships - with our families, our co-workers, our community, even with ourselves - defines who we are and determines our success as human beings. Getting to Great Idea! Stop Whining. Start Winning. is a modern fable with an ancient theme. In the classic struggle between short-term ego gratification and longer-term happiness, fulfillment, and success -- between getting our way and getting things done -- it's easy to lose sight of what’s most important.

Getting to Great Idea!, uses the device of Inferno, Purgatorio, and Paradiso from Dante’s Divine Comedy to tell the story of a young woman, Beatryce, "B," who extricates herself from the Hell of a Saturday marketing team meeting. She then enters the Purgatory of candid awareness of self and others as well as accountability. Finally she emerges into the Paradise of working with a team with the desire and ability to get to Great Idea!
