About the Author

Steve Hughes is retired. He was born in Wisconsin to a military family, attended grade schools in Wisconsin,California, and New York. He went to high school in Minnesota then enlisted in the US. Army in 1971 and served in Germany for three years. After discharge he returned home to minnesota and Wisconsin where he met his wife to be Robin, they moved to Spokane Washington in 1976, where he attended Eastern Washington University. He has been employed in construction, agricultural chemical procurement and heavy truck driving. He writes to stave off boredom.
