About the Author

Christin McDowell is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. After receiving her degree in Exercise Science, Christin worked as a strength coach for the Men’s and Women’s Golf program at Washington State University.

McDowell has conducted seminars on wellness, weight loss, cardiovascular and muscular health, bone health, training and nutrition in pregnancy and more in Nebraska, Poland, Washington and California. Tours included the Polish Olympic Training Center and the University of Sport in Krakov in preparation for the Beijing Olympics.

As a Master Level Personal Trainer, McDowell has worked with armature, semi-pro and professional athletes and has authored 8 EBooks on Men’s and Women’s health.
