I'm a professional photographer and photography workshop guide/instructor. I conduct yearly workshops in the Teton Mountains of Jackson Hole, Wyoming (USA) and in Arches National Park in Moab, Utah (USA). In addition to group photography workshops, I conduct private 1-on-1 photography workshops. During my photography workshops, I take my group out at night to photograph the MilkyWay and during these workshops I conduct three to four 4 hour Photoshop and Lightroom Milky Way post processing sessions so you may learn how to really make the Milky Way pop in your photos. I'm the author of three ebooks 1) "Grand Teton National Park - A Photographer's Site Shooting Guide 1" 2) "Arches National Park - A Photographer's Site Shooting Guide I" and 3) "A Photographer's Milky Way Processing Guide - A Photoshop Howto," And given my June, 2015 trip to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, I will complete my fourth ebook soon -- "Grand Teton National Park - A Photographer's Site Shooting Guide 2" which will have 70+ additional sites over and above my first ebook based on photography in Jackson Hole. In these photography shooting guides, I make extensive use of Google satellite map marker where for each site in the ebook I have an associated photo. The reader simply clicks on any photo and the web browser immediately opens the webpage for the Google satellite map marker whereby the reader may easily see the exact site I stood for the photo but more importantly see the road system to the exact site. In July 2013 I participated in the millennial celebration of the historic Moulton Barns in Jackson Hole, WY (USA) by donating two 24x36 inch canvas prints for auction for the preservation of these two barns. Locally, in my current home town, I provide presentations of my Jackson Hole photos from time to time to the photography club and also instructions on the use of GND filters and Photoshop post processing. It was sold out within 2 months of posting it on Eventzilla. This workshop include one night of photographing the Milky Way over the Mittens in Monument Valley, Arizona. In July 2016, I conducted a 4 day photography workshop in Jackson Hole, Wyoming from July 6-9, home of the beautiful Teton mountains. All workshops will include using low level lighting (LLL) to accent various objects from the historic Moulton barns and Mormon Row home, lakes, Cottonwood trees, buckboard wagon and it included 3 nights of my Milky Way night sky photography. On day 2-4, after the we finish our early morning photography, we will take a short break and meet up again for my 4 hour Photoshop Milky Way night sky post processing session. After everyone's camera settings were established, I take everyone through several Milky Way exposures tests with different light balance, ISO settings with varying exposures and I take them to different sites from night to night. 2017 Workshops Arches National Park & Monument Valley Milky Way Night Sky Photography Workshop Since I've had such a great response to my March 2016 ANP Milky Way workshop, I will conducted another Milky Way night sky photography workshop this past March but I have added one more day making it a 5 day workshop. The dates were March 25-28 with the hotel meet and greet on March 24. A month later, I teamed up with a facebook friend of mine and conducted a 2nd 5 day Milky Way night sky workshop which sold out quickly.
