Its technology was ahead of its time. In the USA, laws and treaties exist in our nation, which prevent armed US Naval ships and aircraft from operating in the Great Lakes. A dangerous scenario, leaving only US Coast Guard forces to defend against an attack. It tells the story of a young, orphaned girl who rose to command a combat submarine. She went on to initiate a nuclear strike against our power grids, and attacked shipping and water supplies.
