Nancy Topping-Tailby, LICSW works in the fields of children’s oral health, early childhood education, and early childhood mental health to promote positive health outcomes for young children. She has led two DentaQuest Foundation initiatives to raise awareness among Head Start families and staff about the importance of oral health care.
