Honor Bound
The new Duke of Lyndhurst, Lieutenant Colonel Miles Barclay, arrives home from the Peninsular War severely wounded, with no memory of how he was injured. He finds Seabring understaffed and the rector's daughter in charge of his baby brother, Lord Peter, a child he wants nothing to do with.
Claire Trent has loved Miles since she tagged after him and her big brother when they were children. Widowed shortly after a youthful marriage, she has taken on the monumental task of holding Seabring together despite next to impossible circumstances. But now she must accept the greatest challenge of them all. She must save Miles' life with her reputation intact, all the while hiding the fact that her feelings for him go far beyond friendship.
One, two, and then three inexplicable accidents put Miles, Peter and Claire in danger. Is someone trying to kill them all? Or just the duke?

About the Author

Ginny McBlain, best known for her contemporary romances, challenged herself to switch genres and write a Regency. Honor Bound, her latest release, is set in England against the backdrop of the Peninsular War.
Ginny is a pioneer in the field of electronic publishing. Her first e-book, Heart Broken, Heart Whole, was released in 1996. Both Bear Hugs and Faith, Hope and Charity were finalists in the EPPIE contest. Solemn Vows was nominated for the Frankfurt Award. She has served in writing organizations in many capacities, including two terms as President of the Romance Authors of the Heartland, First President of EPIC, the Electronically Published Internet Connection (now EPIC, the Electronic Publishing industry Coalition) and the first EPIC conference chair.
She lives in Nebraska in the heartland of the USA with her husband of forty-five plus years, whom she met on an airplane during her days as an airline stewardess. Their son, daughter-in-law and the four grandchildren live close-by. Ginny spends her “spare” time playing with the grandkids. She has a herd of dusty elephants on parade throughout her house. Display cases protect over 100 thimbles from eager little fingers. With her camera generally close at hand, she captures pictures of the grandkids’ antics and sunsets to her heart’s content. She loves to create her own recipes and to entertain, as well as decorate her home.
Ginny’s books are available from Uncial Press, www.uncialpress.com and Awe-Struck Publishing, www.awe-struck.net in a variety of electronic formats. Visit her web site, www.ginnymcblain.com.
