Overview

Tell me if this is you: On a normal night, your lying in bed, probably on your side or curled up— but not asleep, again… You can’t remember the last time you could go to sleep consistently on a weekly basis.
This tossing, and thinking and conscience reviewing of the day’s events happens most nights when you should be asleep and you’re tired of it. But, not tired enough to fall asleep.
At some point you pass out but your sleep is interrupted by noise and you can’t go back to sleep again.
How was that? Does that sound like you?
I was 19 when I developed this sleep program. Before then, I was a chronic insomniac. It took me one to two weeks of practice, which consisted of going through the steps I'm about to layout, every night, until my mind got it. Since then, over 16 years now, I have been able to fall asleep within 10 minutes, nearly anytime of the day, anywhere I choose.
My system is not perfect. I've had about 42 nights of sleeplessness over the 16 years. But 42 nights of difficult sleep out of 4745 easy nights of rest is a pretty good record. And yes, I’ve kept count.
I've gotten better over the years. Today, I'm usually asleep within two minutes. If I find myself struggling, say five minutes after I've laid down to sleep and haven't passed out, then I start the program, from the beginning, and before I know it I’m asleep.
I wrote this book because this system works for me and I believe that it can work for you too.
