Peter Abraham Young has been making chocolate for decades, having been taught the art of confectionary crafting at a young age in the family home. Today as a professional independent chocolatier, he impresses his customers with his creative approach, for which he credits the classic recipes and philosophy of the chocolatier.
When not creating scrumptious chocolate cakes, sweets or candy, Peter enjoys attending theatrical productions and cricket matches in his hometown of London, England. He’s an avid collector of chocolate and confectionary memorabilia, which adorns his home office room. Peter also spends time raising his two young children, who are also thrilled to sample the yummy products of his vocation.
