This book provides a systematic approach to policy and management to promote societal collaboration and unity. About the Author

Victor Glass is Professor of Professional Practice and Director of the Center for Research in Regulated Industries (CRRI) in the Department of Finance and Economics at Rutgers University Business School, Newark, New Jersey, USA. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics and an MBA from Columbia University. He has published articles and books on net neutrality, business data services, customers as competitors, the next generation of wireless technology, smart grid technologies, and antitrust policies, among others.
