About the Author

Ilan Rotstein, DDS, is Professor and Division Chair in the Division of Endodontics, Orthodontics and General Practice Residency at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC. In addition, Dr. Rotstein is an Associate Dean of Continuing Education at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC in Los Angeles, California
The late John I. Ingle, DDS, was Lecturer in the Department of Endodontics in the School of Dentistry at Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California and former Dean and Professor of Endodontics at the University of Southern California. Dr. Ingle was previously Chair and Professor of Endodontics/Periodontics and was the founder of the graduate endodontics program at the University of Washington School of Dentistry in Seattle, Washington. Dr. Ingle was a past president of the American Association of Endodontists. He was the author of Endodontics.
