About the Author

I am a special education teacher for at-risk middle school children in San Antonio, TX. I have two children, Tyrell 18, and Ariana, 13, as well as a cat named Yeti.
Previously published material include a winning entry in Half-Price Books "Say Goodnight to Illiteracy" inaugural anthology; short stories published in Dogwood Tales literary magazine; several poems published in anthologies by World Poetry Movement and The Pedestal Magazine. Besides teaching and writing I enjoy fishing, camping, and other outdoor activities and paintball.
