It's Summer Vacation! Now What Do We Do?
"It's Summer Vacation! Now What Do We Do?" is a humorous poem about several first grade teachers' wacky suggestions to their students as to what they might do during their summer vacation. Please don't try any of these ideas at home, school, or anywhere else on this planet.

For instance it is advisable not to do some of the things that Mrs. Silly suggests:

"Chase butterflies, porcupines, skunks, and coyotes.
Swim in Jellyfish Lake, but remember your floaties."

Perhaps it wouldn't be wise to follow some of Mrs. Bigglywiggly's ideas either:

Mrs. Bigglywiggly sort of snorted and tossed her heads in the air.
"I'm going to jump out of an airplane and pull out all of my hair."

If you think you have some better ideas than these fictitious teachers as to what to do when you are bored, I would love to hear them. So read along as we explore the wacky ideas of these weird teachers!
