About the Author

Nicole Fouche is a wife, mother and Pranic Healer. She has traveled the world extensively and healed thousands of people. Her company Amethyst-Health is dedicated to helping individuals heal on every level: body, mind and spirit.
She currently works in Tampa, Florida and offers private healing sessions as well as Pranic Healing workshops.
As another form of healing, she was inspired to write this book to introduce children to the power of the dream state and to learn how to cope with change. She has drawn upon the great changes her own two boys faced as they moved from South Africa to the USA.
