About the Author

Christopher D. Cavell is originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He is the middle child of a strict Catholic family. Growing up, he was shy and kept to himself most of his childhood. In his late twenties he secured a position in the Information Technology field in which he excelled and progressed.

His home life has always been quite different than his professional life. He struggled with depression and anger issues through out his two marriages, both in divorce. He was diagnosed with Bipolar I during his second marriage and has survived two suicide attempts.

He currently lives in Alexandria, Louisiana, where he spends most of his time working to control his disorder as well as helping to educate in order to remove the stigma surrounding bipolar disorder.
