What began as simply an effort to lose weight turned into much more for Natasha, including a way to minimize inflammation caused by Crohn’s disease. She has found that a low-carb lifestyle ultimately makes her feel her best.
Natasha has a passion for creating and sharing delicious, family-friendly low-carb recipes that are easy to make and use readily accessible ingredients. She does it with Southern flair, of course!
Born and raised in Kentucky, Natasha has lived in Tennessee for more than twenty-five years. She shares her home with her husband, children, and pups.
