Michael L. Goldberg
Michael L. Goldberg is a partner in the law firm of Fried Goldberg LLC, where he concentrates his practice on representing victims of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death. During recent years, he has been lead counsel in 16 cases with multi-million dollar trial verdicts. Michael is a frequent speaker at legal seminars and is the author of six editions of Understanding Motor Carrier Claims, a legal treatise on trucking law. Michael was inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers in October 2013. He is admitted to practice in Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee and Alabama. He enjoys working with other lawyers, and the majority of his cases come from referring attorneys who associate him in as leadcounsel to prepare a case for trial.

For more than 25 years, the attorneys at Fried Goldberg LLC have represented personal injury and wrongful death plaintiffs in state and federal courts in Georgia and across the United States.
