She is also one of the first board-certified Lifestyle Medicine Physicians in the UK and the founder of Women for Women's Health which has the aims of educating, energising and empowering women to make positive lifestyle choices. She is also a former Training Programme Director for Obstetrics and Gynaecology and the recipient of the President of India Gold Medal for her achievements.
