About the Author

Patrisha McLean is a photographer specializing in black and white photographs of children. Her work is exhibited regularly in galleries and
museums around the country. She started out as a newspaper feature writer in California and met her husband, singer/songwriter Don McLean, when she interviewed him before a concert. He was living in Maine.
