R. Satya Raju, Ph.D., is Professor, and Coordinator, Executive MBA Programme, Department of Commerce and Management Studies, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. A member of several professional bodies like AIMA (All India Management Association), NIPM (National Institute of Personnel Management), and ISTD (Indian Society for Training and Development), Prof. Satya Raju has presented papers in international conferences. He was awarded the ILO and IIRA (Indian Industrial Relations Association) fellowships and has published several books on management. A. Parthasarathy, Ph.D., Vidya Vaachaspathi, is former Professor, Postgraduate Department of Commerce, MES College, Bangalore. He has visited several universities in USA, Europe, Australia and Asia, and delivered lectures on management. He has published extensively in reputed national and international journals and has authored a number of books.
