This is a very helpful book. I have found a few typing errors. pg 54: anesthesia times when: the questions have, when the Radiologist ........ The answer also has Radiologist.
Page 62 question 108. reading the op report, it states that the stent was placed via percutaneous transcatheter. the CPT code should be 92928. but the answer key has D as the answer (92933). Author "The corrections have been made".
