About the Author

Tolulope Popoola was born in Lagos, Nigeria and has lived most of her adult life in the UK. She started her career as an Accountant, but discovered blogging in 2006, which rekindled her love for writing and telling stories. She took a few writing classes and then co-wrote an online fiction series which was well received. In 2012 Tolulope quit her Accounting career to focus on writing and publishing. She has published a novel and four collections of flash fiction stories, earning her the nickname of Africa's Flash Fiction queen. She is also a writing coach and consultant for aspiring authors. When she is not writing, she can be found reading, eating and listening to Afrobeats.
