About the Author

Jerry de Jaager is the author of four business books, including The Management Skills Inventory and The Project Manager's Toolkit. In more than three decades of training and consulting, he has worked with clients that include Apple, General Electric, IBM, and Weyerhaeuser, as well as scores of small businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies.A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Yale, he taught at Yale and attended Yale Law School.

James Ericson founded one of America's best and longest-running executive education programs, The Masters Forum, in 1987. He authored the popular newspaper column, "Beyond the Best-Sellers."
