I wrote this book because of my grandchildrens when they started to go to school. They would come home and tell me their bus drivers name and the other things that they encountered on the first of day of school until all throughout the school year. Their faces had big bright smiles while they told me stories of each experience with a lot of excitement.

DeBorahs hobbies are writing short stories, poetry and loves cooking. She also loves to collect miniature bicycles, elephants, as well as turtles. She also have two dogs named Button and Prince and two turtles named Calley and Myrtle.

CHAPTER 1

IT SEEMED SO SUNNY WHEN MY GRANDMOTHER CAME TO TOWN

My Grandmother Annie came to visit us on her vacation.

I got up so early being so excited that my grandmother was in town.

My grandmother Annie was up so early too! You could smell sausage, bacon, grits, and smothered fried chicken livers in gravy, homemade biscuits and scrambled eggs while she was cooking breakfast.

Yes, my grandmother just could not cook any simple meal!
