When hiring a pair of hitmen, it's important to remember some rules.

One: Pay in cash.

And two: Never sleep with them.

 

I swear I didn't expect to break that second rule.

 

The only reason I hired Kite and Jacob was to help me track down a killer who still haunts my nightmares.

I know not to trust them and what they're capable of, so it shouldn't be hard to remember my goal... remember why I'm putting myself in danger.

But with both of them kissing me?
