No Hassle Way to Brew Beer at Home
In my efforts to learn how to make a good brewski at home I ran across a whole lot of information I couldn’t give a rat’s patoot about.
Didn’t really care about the origins of beer or whether beer was good for my “heart health” or not. I didn’t really care about all the micro-breweries around the country, to be honest.
I just wanted to know how to brew beer from my home, and how to do it the best way. Well…that’s not entirely true. I did want to know a little bit about how to store it and pour it. And a couple of other things, like about certain ingredients used in beer brewing.
But, that’s about it.
So, in these pages, that’s all you’ll find. If you’re interested in Oktoberfest, the history of beer making, which micro-brewery is the best one in Seattle, or any of the other minutia surrounding this art, you’ll need to look elsewhere. There is a short glossary at the back of this book, so if you run across an unfamiliar term, check there. I’ve bolded them in the content to make them easy to spot.
Bottom line, I hope to give you the basics you’ll need to brew up a good glass of suds – so you can get to it as quickly as possible!
Cheers! And may your home always be too small to hold all your friends.
James
