Overview

Nomads is a book of situations of what could happen in the United States and the world. The main characters are retired and living moderately wealthy in a travel trailer as snowbirds. They buy items at flea markets and auctions in southwestern states for resale in northwestern states. Through a series of events, they acquire land in Idaho and wind up with a group of other campers to start a mutual aid farm.

About the Author

A former Army Paratrooper, Vietnam Veteran, served honorably 11 ½ years in the 82nd. Airborne Division, the 173rd. Airborne Bde. (in Vietnam) and other Army units. An aircraft mechanic, Commercial Pilot, Avid gardener who is self-taught in canning the surplus from his garden. Avid fisherman and hunter who goes to the rifle range in his spare time. Enjoys camping in the summer in his motor home with his wife. I enjoy reading both fiction and non-fiction books on flying, WWII history especially first-person accounts, Gardening.
